The James E Van Zandt VA Medical Center at 2907 Pleasant Valley Blvd., Altoona, PA 16602, has a brand name requirement for Philips Medical Intellispace V12 Superuser Training as well as a Brand Name or Equal requirement for a four (4) post rackable-mount server.
