This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. Independence Mall W. 5th Floor, Philadelphia, PA 19106 is seeking to purchase the Delivery of Diagnostic Retinal Imaging Equipment, Brand Name Only-Zeiss Cirrus HD OCT Model 5000, salient characteristics are specified in the Statement of Need (SON), paragraph 2, for Erie VA Medical Center.
