Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information in this notice. The solicitation number is 36C244-22-Q-0006 and it is issued as a Request for Quotes. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code is 334516 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. Each line item should be priced individually for 5 years (Base plus 4 Option years). Successful offer will be the one that provides the Lowest Price that is Technically Acceptable IAW the attached solicitation document instructions. The VA Wilkes-Barre, PA has a requirement for Prepared Agar Media as per the attached RFQ document. All communications regarding quotes, questions, etc., shall be submitted by email to Allan Tabliago, allan.tabliago@va.gov no later than 3:00 PM, ET on Thursday, September 23, 2021.
