The furniture (chair) and equipment (computers) are shown in sheet AD100. Please clarify whether these items are part of the scope. Not included in the demolition. Chairs and computers are not included in the demolition. Sheet AE100, finish schedule shows ACT ceiling for control room and corridor but in demolition plan these are existing, please clarify. This project consists of, but not limited to the following; providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, permits, testing, and reports required for demolition and removal of existing structures, to perform work for Site preparation for CT Simulatorat the Corporal Michael J. Crescenz, VA Medical Center, 1900 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19104. The magnitude of this VA construction project is estimated to be between $250,000 and $500,000. Period of Performance will be approximately 100 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
