Contractor shall provide service including evaluation, manufacture, fitting and adjustment of Orthotic devices by its qualified Orthotist. Veterans who are eligible for Orthotic services may be provided with arch supports, shoe modifications, functional foot orthotics, depth inlay shoes, healing shoes, custom-made orthopedic shoes, and alternative footwear. Footwear and modifications must be prescribed by the appropriate VAPHS clinician and in accordance with the 1173 Handbook. Counties: Pennsylvania: Beaver, Butler, Fyaette, Greene, Indiana, Lawerence, Washington, and Westmoreland; Ohio: Belmont, Columbiana, Harrison, and Jefferson; West Virginia: Hancock and Marshall.
