The Design/Build Firm (D/B) shall provide design and construction services for the construction of a single story, slab on grade, wood framed building with a flat roof. The exterior façade shall be vinyl siding terminating at existing masonry. The space will require full mechanical / HVAC, electrical and plumbing services. A Pre-Engineered Building System will also meet the requirement for Core and Shell Construction. This Project is located at the Philadelphia Veterans Affairs Medical Center. The D/B firm shall provide design services including all investigative surveys and verifications of as-built conditions required for fully developed construction plans and specifications.
