The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Philadelphia, PA has a requirement for the renovation of the CT Scan room (3A177), Control Room(3A187) and Equipment Room(3A177a) and supporting rooms to prepare them for newly purchased CT Scan equipment. Renovations include floor replacement, new finishes, wall changes, and revisions to HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems as detailed in drawings and specifications. Completion time from NTP is 220 calendar days. All work is located at the Corporal Michael J. Crescenz, VA Medical Center, 3900 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19104. The magnitude of construction is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Period of Performance will be approximately 220 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Set-Aside Information: This solicitation is a 100% service-disabled veteran small business set aside (SDVOSB). The firm shall be small business under relevant North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code and the must be registered and current in the following websites: www.sam.gov and www.vetbiz.gov .
