Per GSAR 570.402 and 570.106 procedures. In support of the Readjustment Counseling Service (RCS), Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4) intends to conduct the acquisition of leased medical office space for the Dubois Veterans Center utilizing other than full and open competition procedures. The existing lease expires on 09/30/2022. The requirement is for up to 3370 net usable square feet (NUSF) of medical office space with a minimum of 25 onsite parking spaces.. The space shall be configured to house a Veterans Center which provides a wide range of social and psychological services, including professional readjustment counseling. The delineated area for this Lease includes the areas within and abounding the below boundaries: North: Follow Route 830/Main Street to US 219/Rich Highway. Follow US 219/Rich Highway Northwest to I-80 east, exit 97. Follow I-80 east to exit 101. East: From I-80 west take exit 101 to Beeline Highway. Follow Beeline Highway southwest to Shaffer Road. Follow Shaffer Road south to Rockton Road. Follow Maple Avenue west to Oklahoma-Salem Road. Follow Oklahoma-Salem Road south to US 322/219, Carson Hill Road. South: Follow US 322/219 Carson Hill Road west. Continue west on US 322 Behringer Highway to Rathmel Boulevard. West: Follow Rathmel Boulevard north to Wayne Road. Continue on Wayne Road north/northeast to South Pancoast Road. Follow South Pancoast Road north/northwest to Route 950/Reynoldsville Falls Creek Road. Follow Route 950/Reynoldsville Falls Creek Road north/northeast to Route 830/Main Street. The Government is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous, however, the Government intends to pursue a sole source acquisition. The Government factored in costs associated with moving, alterations, and other costs when deciding whether it would relocate. This is not a request for quotations, bids, or proposals. Any costs incurred by potential vendors reviewing or responding to this notice shall not be reimbursed by the Government. Furthermore, there is no guarantee a solicitation will be issued for this requirement. Responses are due Tuesday, July 27th, 2021 at 2:00pm eastern, and should include Vendor size status per Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 19 if applicable.
