The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4, on behalf of the Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center, anticipates the award of a one (1) year fixed price contract with two (2) option years, for preventive maintenance and calibration of the Bioquell bio-decontamination system at the Wilkes-Barre VA Medical, 1111 East End Blvd., Wilkes-Barre, PA 18711. Contractor shall furnish all services in accordance with Statement of Work and schedule as identified in the solicitation. This solicitation will be conducted in accordance with FAR 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The applicable NAICS code is 811219 with a size standard of 22 million in average annual receipts. This procurement is set-aside for small business. Award will be made to the offeror whose quote is responsive and conforming to the RFQ using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable procedures (LPTA). All interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (https://sam.gov) and complete online Representations and Certifications at (https://sam.gov/) prior to submitting a quote. If claiming veteran status, you must be verified in VIP (www.VIP.VETBIZ.gov) as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) or Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) prior to submitting a quote.
