Inspections include: Inspect furnace and other internal surfaces, closures and accessories Inspect exterior of Unit, casing, supports, closures, accessories, valves, controls Deaerator: Inspection and wet magnetic particle testing of welds of pressure vessel interior All Boilers for fouling and combustion gas flow check Tube leak check on all boiler types Deaerator Interior cleaning and visual inspection Condensate tank cleaning and visual inspection Are we to perform internal inspection, external inspection and witness a hydro test? Yes for internal inspection. Yes for external inspections. No for hydro test. Are Remote Field Technique inspections required as they are not mentioned anywhere in the Work Statement and are not part of a standard NBIC inspection? No remote field technique inspections.
