The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4, on behalf of the Coatesville VA Medical Center, anticipates the award of a year fixed price contract to provide commercial furniture removal and installation at the Coatesville VA Medical, 1400 Black Horse Hill Road, Coatesville, PA 19320. Contractor shall provide all services in accordance with Statement of Work and schedule as identified in the solicitation. This solicitation will be conducted in accordance with FAR 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The applicable NAICS code is 561990 with a small business size standard of $12 million in average annual receipts. This procurement is a small business set-aside. All interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (https://sam.gov) and complete online Representations and Certifications at (https://sam.gov/) prior to submitting a quote. If claiming veteran status, you must be verified in VIP (www.VIP.VETBIZ.gov) as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) or Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) prior to submitting a quote.
