STATEMENT OF NEED Storage Containers Send a capability statement, no more than one page in length; to include Company Name Duns Number, Socioeconomic Category, brief description of your business entities capability to handle this particular project in the Wilkes Barre, PA. area, website and GSA Contract number if applicable & contract number/information. Project Overview: VAMC-WB, located at 111 East End Blvd., Wilkes-Barre, PA 18711 established the need to rent multiple or zero (0-15), temporary storage containers. This indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity agreement is for one base period (YR) and four option periods (1 YR ea.). General Requirement: Contractor Furnished Items: Contractor shall coordinate with the Contracting Officer s Representative (COR) to deliver serviceable, waterproof containers, with lockable doors to VAMC-WB. Delivery quantity, container size (8 wide, 20-40 length), time-line schedule, coordinated directly between COR and Contractor upon execution of contract. Contractor shall within seventy-two hours of notification provide all materials and equipment to deliver, move, or remove the containers as directed by the Contracting Officer or their designated Representative. Government Furnished Items: Contracting Officer or their designated Representative will coordinate delivery, move, removal, dates, times, and specific location on the grounds of VAMC-WB. COR will conduct and document serviceability/prior damage inspection prior to acceptance. Government reserves the right to adjust the quantity of containers within the terms of the contract. Government shall provide a point of contact (POC), name, telephone number and e-mail address to contractor. Period of Performance (POP): Period of Performance shall consist of 1 Base year with 4 Options as follows: Base period: September 1, 2021 - August 31, 2022 Option Period 1: September 1, 2022 - August 31, 2023 Option Period 2: September 1, 2023 - August 31, 2024 Option Period 3: September 1, 2024 - August 31, 2025 Option Period 4: September 1, 2025 - August 31, 2026
