All responses to be emailed to Amanda.Williams4@va.gov Vendor Questions I have received a quote from the manufacturer that includes an installation/training charge. The price schedule does not have a CLIN for installation/training. Do you want me to work that into the prices of the 6 CLINS or do you want to add an additional CLIN to show installation/training charges? In relation to the excel spreadsheet required, the table listed in CLIN 0002 and the tonometer listed in CLIN 0004 are separate part numbers (the quote from Topcon includes 8 individual part numbers) Do you want to add 2 more rows to the spreadsheet to account for the specific information of these parts? Answer I have spoken with the customer and training and installation are needed; I will post an amendment to add CLINS for this. For the excel spreadsheet if you could just list the information for the Topcon KR800 and table together under CLIN 0002 and then the Slit lamp and tonometer together under CLIN 0004 The Supplies/Services section on Page 1 and the SOW on Page 2 of document RFQ 36C24421Q1000 TopCon Optometry Eye Lane Equipment have been amended to add CLINS for Installation and Training. (Please note Installation and Training are listed as separate CLINS, it is acceptable if Installation and Training are combined under one CLIN on the quote) Please refer to attached document Amended RFQ 36C24421Q1000 TopCon Optometry Eye Lane Equipment for these changes.
