The solicitation number is 36C244-21-Q-0970 and it is issued as a Request for Quotes. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code is 339115 with a size standard of 1000 employees. Successful offer will be the one that provides the Lowest Price that is Technically Acceptable IAW the attached solicitation document instructions. The VA Coatesville, Coatesville, PA has a requirement for Zeis HFA 3 860, Visual Field Analyzer and accessories as per the attached RFQ document.
