Page 1 of 1 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4), on behalf of the Philadelphia VA Medical Center, anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price Full-Service contract for the Rental of a warehouse/storage space to supplement the medical center s existing warehouse capacity. The space will be utilized for the warehousing of medical supplies, (PPE) and equipment. These services are being acquired in accordance with FAR 13 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. Please see the solicitation #36C24421Q0839 for detailed information regarding this requirement and opportunity. Block #8 on 1449 shows closing date and Time (Eastern Time). This solicitation is UNRESTRICTED. The government anticipates awarding a contract for one (1) year with up to one (4) option year period.
