PRE SOLICITATION NOTICE BACKGROUND The Corporal Michael J. Crescenz VA Medical Center in Philadelphia has a new brand name requirement for the purchase of RFID Cabinetry to store, supply, and outfit the new state-of-the-art Surgical Hybrid Operating Room. The request is for eight (8) Brand Name Trackcore TC-130 RFID cabinets. This product is manufactured by LPIT Solutions Inc. and will include annual services and on-site implementation. This will be procured as unrestricted full and open competition. DELIVERY AND SHIPPMENT: All items quoted must be F.O.B. destination. Equipment delivery is pivotal upon OR Hybrid room construction phase completion (est. November-December 21). Delivery hours can occur 8am-3:30pm, warehouse loading dock, which has a liftgate. Products cannot be delivered until the OR Hybrid room construction phase is complete. Product Testing, 500 RFID Tags, 50 Access Badges, On-Site Training & Implementation The equipment will need to be installed by the company; installation requirements shown above.
