The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract to Lifeline Medical Services. The Contractor shall provide all required labor, material, equipment and supervision of contractor personnel for both emergent and non-emergent ACLS/ALS/SCTU, and BLS ambulance services, 24-hours per day, 7 days per week (to include all federal holidays) for the CMCVAMC in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
