This announcement and attachments constitute the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The solicitation is 36C24421Q0614 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Lebanon VAMC at 1700 S Lincoln Ave, Lebanon, PA 17042 has a brand name only requirement for an Olympus OR Integration System. A copy of the solicitation is attached.
