SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4), is issuing this Sources Sought in order to identify capable firms interested in providing Sterile Processing Service (SPS) Cleaning Services for the Corporal Michael J. Crescenz (Philadelphia) VA Medical Center, located at 3900 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19104. The Draft Statement of Work (SOW) is attached. This is not a solicitation but rather a Request for Information (RFI/Sources Sought) for market research purposes only. If you are interested in providing this service, please provide a brief statement of interest via email to Lev Stowe, Contract Specialist, at Lev.Stowe@va.gov, no later than 4:00 PM (EST) on June 1, 2021. All Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns and Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) concerns that respond must also include evidence of their CVE certification from www.vip.vetbiz.gov. All other small business concerns that respond must include evidence of their small business status by submitting their Representations and Certifications from https://sam.gov. While SDVOSB and VOSB contractors are preferred, all capable contractors are welcome to respond as the results of this notice will assist in the development of; (1) the requirement, and (2) the acquisition strategy (e.g., socioeconomic set-aside, full and open competition, etc.).
