This is fluid and follows no pattern. The monthly total is 30k in comingled mail Mon-Fri (excluding federal holidays) Please provide Historical Daily/Monthly Quantities? The mail room operates 5 days a week. Peaks are unpredictable. The drivers for peaks tend to be one-off campaigns such as an effort to announce Covid vaccinations. We don't know when these events will happen. How many people provided these services and how many hours per day/week did they do this? See answer in question 1, this has been performed by one person in the past. Could you please tell me if this is a new requirement, or if there is a current or previous contractor who has performed similar services? If available, can you please send along the incumbent contract or task order number? This is a new requirement which would start on 7/1. The current contractor is Castle Business Solutions under contract VA1244-16-C-0248 Is this a new or follow-on requirement? If a follow-on requirement, please provide the name of the contractor and contract number.
