The solicitation number is 36C244-21-Q-0551 and it is issued as a Request for Quotes. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code is 334510 with a size standard of 1250 employees. Successful offer will be the one that provides the Lowest Price that is Technically Acceptable. The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, PA has a requirement for packaging blood and specimen courier for its Kidney Transport Center as per the attached RFQ document. Kits will be delivered to the veterans residence as needed and then shipped to the lab. All communications regarding quotes, questions, etc., shall be submitted by email to Jason May (jason.may2@va.gov) no later than 5:00 PM, EST on Thursday, April 30, 2021.
