Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information in this notice. The solicitation number is 36C244-21-Q-0509 and it is issued as a Request for Quotes. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a Brand Name or Equal requirement IAW the Salient Features outlined in the solicitation document attached. The NAICS code is 339114 with a size standard of 750 employees. Successful offer will be the one that provides the Lowest Price that is Technically Acceptable. The VA Healthcare Center Lebanon has a requirement for a Dental laser system as per the attached RFQ document. All items will be delivered to the facility located at 1700 S. Lincoln Hwy, Lebanon, PA 17042. All communications regarding quotes, questions, etc., shall be submitted by email to Ron Kline (ronald.kline@va.gov) no later than 1:00 PM, EST on Monday, April 12, 2021.
