Purpose and Objectives: The intent of this Sources Sought Notice #36C24421Q0475 is to identify any Small Businesses, mainly any SDVOSB/VOSB vendors who are capable of providing PROGLIDE 300+ Base Top, Power Hi-Lo Exam Tables as listed in the attached Statement of Need. In addition, we are also seeking any Small Business manufacturers that have the capability of providing this system as well. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice should demonstrate the firm's ability, capability, and responsibility to provide the principal components of supplies listed in the attached document. Responses should include the following information: Business name, address, Point of Contact, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business info. These Exam tables need to be power operated for safe operating for staff and veterans with extension and storage. Current Tables are old and break frequently. Background: VAPHS currently has old Exam tables within the Urology Clinic. They are not power operated which is cause of Staff Injury as these tables do not move manually well at all. VAPHS requires the purchase of 6 Surgical Exam Tables. Surgical Service requires these tables for everyday use within Urology Clinic for Patient Exams and Appts.
