This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), and the solicitation number is 36C24421Q0275. This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05 effective March 10, 2021 and the Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulations (VAAR). The NAICS Code is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors and the business size standard is $16.5 million. The Wilkes-Barre, PA Contracting Office is seeking to purchase services for Boiler De-Aerating Feed Tank Inspection for the Veterans Affairs Medical Center located in Lebanon, PA Service Contract Act Wage Determination apply to this acquisition and will be incorporated into the resulting contract. A copy of the Wage Determination is included in the solicitation as follows: WD 2015-4231 Lebanon PA REV 12 dated 12/21/2020. Complete instructions for submitting a response to this solicitation and applicable provisions and clauses are enclosed. All offerors are advised to pay careful attention to the quote submission instructions as there are very specific instructions as what is required to be provided.
