This notice is being issued in an attempt to determine the level of interest among all socioeconomic groups. Responses will assist VA planners in determining an appropriate acquisition and set-aside strategy which best fits VA requirements. This action is to perform market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of qualified (1) Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business; (2) Veteran Owned Small Business; (3) Small or emerging small business firms; or (4) large business firms to set aside a multiple award contract. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing all components of the requirements necessary to provide the Department of Veteran Affairs, VA [Corporal Michael J. Crescenz Veterans Affairs medical Center, CMCVAMC] located at 3900 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19104, and requires Contractor to provide a daytime drop-in service center on the weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and Federally-observed holidays from February 1st, 2021 to April 30th, 2021 as a base period, with two possible option periods of May 1st, 2021 July 31st, 2021 and August 1st, 2021 October 31st, 2021 between the hours of 8:00am 4:00pm for homeless Veterans. The anticipated period of performance is nine (9) months, with task orders to be issued as services are required.
