This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and the solicitation number is 36C24421Q0252. The Department of Veterans Affairs Wilmington VA Medical Center, 1601 Kirkwood Hwy, Wilmington, DE 19805-4907 is seeking to procure fuel testing services. The SOW is included as Attachment 1 to this solicitation. Offerors are requested to quote Firm Fixed Price for any and all of the line items on the Schedule of Supplies and Services attached to this solicitation. The Schedule of Supplies and Services is included as Attachment 1 to this solicitation. Service Contract Act Wage Determination Number 2015-42315 Rev 12 dated 12-21-2020, applies to this acquisition and will be incorporated into the resulting contract. A copy of the Wage Determination is included with this solicitation as Attachment 2. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be issued on a Standard Form 1449.
