This notice is being issued in an attempt to determine the level of interest among all socioeconomic groups. Responses will assist VA planners in determining an appropriate acquisition and set-aside strategy which best fits VA requirements. The Butler VA Healthcare System located at 353 North Duffy Road, Butler, PA is performing market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of qualified (1) Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business; (2) Veteran Owned Small Business; (3) Small or emerging small business firms; or (4) large business firms to set aside a multiple award contract. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing all components of the requirement necessary to provide the Butler VA Healthcare System with laboratory courier services from Butler VA-Abie Abraham HCC located at 353 North Duffy Road, Butler, PA to VA Pittsburgh Medical Center, located at 4100 Allequippa Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15240. The anticipated period of performance is three (3) years, with task orders to be issued as services are required. All interested firms who can meet the requirement should respond, in writing, and provide the following: 1. Describe your interest, including your capability to provide this service. 2.
