Wilmington VA Medical Center located at 1601 Kirkwood Highway, Wilmington, DE 19805, is seeking Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business or Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB/VOSB) and any Small Business Company (SBC) regardless of Socio-economic category that can provide Brand Name Only Interacoustics Eclipse manufactured by Diagnostic Group LLC, doing business as Interacoustics. The Interacoustics Eclipse is used in the diagnosing of hearing related problems using all facets of auditory evoked potentials and otoacoustic emissions. The sources sought is seeking dealers or distributors who can provide the requirement above and the list of items below. The vendors responding must be certified by Diagnostic Group LLC to purchase, have an Authorized Distribution Agreement from Diagnostic Group LLC and deliver the equipment. The veteran business must be registered in SAMbeta and certified in VETBIZ (VIP). The small businesses must be registered in SAMbeta. All Vendors interested in, and with the capability and capacity to fulfill this requirement, are required to furnish the following minimum information in reply to this sources sought: Company Name, address, Government Business Point of Contact, telephone number and email address. Company DUNS number, CAGE Code, and Tax ID numbers. Identify any current Federal Supply Schedule, GSA Contracts held, if none then state that no FSS/GSA schedules are held.
