Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this notice. This notice is being issued in an attempt to determine the level of interest among all socioeconomic groups. Responses will assist VA planners in determining an appropriate acquisition and set-aside strategy which best fits VA requirements. This action is to perform market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of qualified (1) Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business; (2) Veteran Owned Small Business; (3) Small or emerging small business firms; or (4) large business firms to set aside a multiple award contract. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing all components of the requirement necessary to provide all participating VAMS with community Multi-Station Virtual Pharmacy services to complete pending medication/supply orders (henceforth referred to as medication orders ). The facilities are Lebanon, PA VA Medical Center (VAMC); Butler, PA VAMC; Coatesville, PA VAMC; Erie, PA VAMC; Wilkes-Barre, PA VAMC; and, Wilmington, DE VAMC. This will consist of professional pharmacist review and problem solving that is needed to assure medication orders are safe and accurate. The Virtual Pharmacy Services Contractor and COR s from each of the represented Multi-Station will work together to increase the efficiency of the virtual pharmacy program, and both parties will collaborate to enhance services and increase efficiency as it relates to the delivery of medication orders. The anticipated period of performance is five (5) years, with task orders to be issued as services are required.
