SCREENING PROCESS FOR ENTRY TO THE COATESVILLE VA MEDICAL CENTER FACILITY FOR HAND-DELIVERY OF SF 330 PACKAGES If hand delivering the SF330 package, all personnel must present the attached CVAMC Contractor Access letter, identification and be screened through the screening point in Parking Lot D. Â Personnel must candidly answer the questions from the Coatesville VA screening personnel at Lot D. Â If cleared, the screeners will present a card to indicate screening has been completed and the personnel do not have any symptoms. The card must be with you while on campus. Following screenings, proceed to Building 16 and park in A Lot. To get from the screening to Building 16, use N. Delaware Ave to Pennsylvania Ave to Connecticut Ave. Â Go past the flagpole and around Oval 1 until reaching A Lot on the left.
