The contractor shall perform the work in accordance with the plans and specifications. Project Number 562-14-115. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, material, tools, supervision, equipment, permits, testing and reports in accordance with all federal, state and local codes and regulations. The magnitude of this VA construction project is estimated to be between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Period of Performance will be 365 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. Set-Aside Information: This solicitation is to be issued as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set aside (SDVOSB). The NAICS code for this project is 236220– Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the small business size standard is $36.5 Million. Amendment 001 is issued to add the sign-in sheet from the pre-proposal site visit held on 6/30/2020. Amendment 002 is issued to add drawing GS001 which was missing when the solicitation was issued. Amendment 003 is issued to extend the proposal due date to 8/13/2020. Amendment 004 is issued to extend the proposal due date to 9/2/2020. Amendment 005 is issued to extend the proposal due date to 9/23/2020. Amendment 006 is issued to answer questions received. Due date remains 9/23/2020 Amendment 007 is issued to answer questions received, provide updated drawings, and provide spec and pricing schedule for add alternate. Amendment 008 is issued to provide updated stamped drawings as well as an add alternate for replacing windows. Amendment 009 is issued to update the Wage Determination Decision.
