Pre-Proposal Conference Announcement 02.28.2020 In accordance with FAR 15.201, this notice is to announce that a Pre-proposal conference will be held for VA Solicitation #3624420R0025, via Teleconferencing for Lebanon VA Medical Center Tuesday May 5, 2020 from 11:00AM to 12:00AM (eastern Time). The phone number for this meeting is provided below. The purpose of the Pre-proposal conference is to brief prospective offerors after a solicitation or Request for Proposals (RFP) has been issued but before offers/proposals are submitted. All potential offerors shall be provided with a summary of the meeting and questions and answers presented at the meeting via Federal Business Opportunities (FBO). The Contracting Officer will provide potential offerors with a summary of the solicitation including the Exhibits in the solicitation, Instruction to Offerors in submitting proposals and the Evaluation Criteria which will be utilized to evaluate proposals submitted.
