They are licensed to practice is PA, but do not have a license with the City of Philadelphia. Is it acceptable to apply for the license upon award, or do they need to pay for it now? Answer: There is no city specific requirement, as long as they are licensed in Pennsylvania. The potential vendor s question references Section J. INDUSTRIAL HYGIENE, page 10 of the original Pre-Solicitation.
