There are changes in the rooming of Veterans within the 3 West Specialty Clinic in coherence with restrictions and organizational changes set forth to minimize the risk of exposure and contamination within the clinic, the Wilkes-Barre VAMC is requesting wireless computers on mobile mounting components for the check-in process performed by the nurses preluding the providers clinic visit. The purchase will enable staff to provide the same standard of care while minimizing space occupied by veterans, limiting transit from room to room and enhancing social distancing during clinic visits.
