This synopsis precedes the issuance of a Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C244-18-Q-0602. The Contractor shall furnish all services in accordance with the performance work statement and schedule identified in the solicitation to provide services necessary to perform Extended Warranty and Preventative Maintenance for Laerdal SimMan 3G Advanced Patient simulator services to eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center. The subsequent contract will be performed for the Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, University Drive Campus-University Drive C Pittsburgh, and PA15240-1003. As a result of the solicitation, the Government intends to award one (1) 2- year Firm Fixed Price Contract, made to one offeror who meets the response requirements listed in the forth coming solicitation. The applicable NAICS code is 811219 with a size standard of $20.5 million in average annual receipts. Award will be made to the offeror whose quote is responsive and conforming to the RFQ using Lowest Price procedures. The anticipated release date for the Solicitation is May 28, 2018. The solicitation will be posted at this website, www.fbo.gov. All inquiries shall be in writing, e-mail inquiries to Robert Neal at robert.neal2@va.gov.
