The Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center has a requirement for a Biopoint Patient ID annual software support and service plan. This is a brand name only requirement given that the Biopoint licenses and wristbands used throughout the facility are already under contract and the procurement of a new system is not in the best interests of the Government at this time. NCO 4 intends to award a Base + 4 Option Year contract. The period of performance of the base year will be 9/1/2020 to 8/31/2021. Award will be made to the vendor with the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). As a brand name only requirement, the only technical factors are: 1) service and support provided must meet the criteria in the SOW (see complete RFQ attached) and 2) service and support must be provided by either the OEM or an authorized reseller/partner.
