The Pittsburgh VA Healthcare System, H.J Heinz Campus, 1010 Delafield Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15215 has a requirement for a weekly bread delivery to meet subsistence requirements according to VHA DIR- 1109 Nutrition and Food Services (NFS) and VHA Handbook 1109.04 Food Service Management Program.
