REVISED SOW TO REMOVE SEE BELOW AND TO SUBMIT QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS: REMOVE FROM SCRUBBER SOW CONTRACTOR PERFORMANCE: Contractor shall provide riding floor scrubbing machines and provide the housekeeping staff proper training of how to use the equipment. Training hours will be determined upon contract award. CORRECTED FROM SCRUBBER SOW CONTRACTOR PERFORMANCE: Contractor shall supply training pamphlets for the riding floor scrubbers to provide housekeeping staff the necessary information on proper use of the equipment. REMOVE FROM VACUUM SOW CONTRACTOR PERFORMANCE: The contractor shall provide vacuum cleaners as well as provide housekeeping staff training on how to properly use the equipment. Training hours will be determined upon contract award. CORRECT VACUUM SOW CONTRACTOR PERFORMANCE: The contractor shall provide vacuum cleaners as well as training pamphlets for the vacuum cleaners to provide housekeeping staff the necessary information on proper use of the equipment. QUESTION: The solicitation in the subject line references:Â "overhead expenses necessary to perform the required simple maintenance" for both the vacuums and floor scrubbers. Is this supposed to be an ongoing maintenance agreement or just a simple "here are the materials you need in order to turn on and operate these machines after delivery" ANSWER: It is just so that we can have the materials we need to turn on and operate the machines after delivery. We already have a service contract for on-going services needed.
