This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and the solicitation number is 36C24420Q0638. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06 effective May 6, 2020. The Department of Veterans Affairs Pittsburgh & Erie VAMC s are seeking to procure Lawn Services. All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following: The anticipated Period of Performance will begin on following Contract award and includes the following Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN): CLINS: As per SOW Place of Performance Multiple Locations refer to SOW s All work shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work s (SOW). The SOW is included in this solicitation. Offerors are requested to quote Firm Fixed Price for any and all of the line items on the Schedule of Supplies and Services within this solicitation. Service Contract Act Wage Determination Number 2015-4224, Revision Number 15, dated 05/01/2020 & Wage Determination Number 2015-4235, Revision Number 13, dated 05/11/2020, applies to this acquisition and will be incorporated into the resulting contract. A copy of the Wage Determination is included with this solicitation. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be issued on a Standard Form 1449. NOTE: In accordance with FAR 4.1102 and FAR 52.204-7 (b)(1) offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at time of quote submission and at time of award.
