This is a sources sought notice 36C24420Q; this is neither a solicitation nor a promise of future work. Lebanon VAMC located at 1700 South Lincoln Ave., Lebanon, PA 17042, is seeking Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business or Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB/VOSB) and any Small Business Company (SBC) regardless of Socio-economic category that can provide Brand Name Only the CAPR® Series manufactured by MAXAIR. The CAPR system is a Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR). These respirators will be used to implement respiratory precautions for the medical staff when administering care to COVID 19 patients or suspected patients. The sources sought is seeking dealers or distributors who can provide the requirement above and the list of items below. The vendors responding must be certified by Maxair to purchase and deliver the equipment. The veteran business must be registered in SAMbeta and certified in VETBIZ (VIP). The small businesses must be registered in SAMbeta. All Vendors interested in, and with the capability and capacity to fulfill this requirement, are required to furnish the following minimum information in reply to this sources sought: Company Name, address, Government Business Point of Contact, telephone number and email address. Company DUNS number, CAGE Code, and Tax ID numbers. Identify any current Federal Supply Schedule, GSA Contracts held, if none then state that no FSS/GSA schedules are held.
