The Lebanon VA Medical Center, 1700 S. Lincoln Ave, Lebanon, PA 17042 is performing market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of qualified (1) Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business; (2) Veteran Owned Small Business; or (3) Small or emerging small business firms to set aside a single award contract. The Government will use responses to this notice to make to an appropriate acquisition decision. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all components of the requirement necessary to perform ambulance transport services as needed for the Lebanon VA Medical Center and its associated Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC). See the attached Statement of Work for a full description of required services. The anticipated period of performance is five (5) years, with task orders to be issued as services are required.
