Sources Sought Notice 36C24420Q0345 The Pittsburgh VAMC located at 1010 Delafield Road, Pittsburgh, PA, is in need of a continuous forced air compressor to work with Medivator EndoDry Drying and Storage Cabinets (DRY-1001). Requirements: The endodry drying and storage cabinets requires compressed air which must meet specific incoming air quality requirements. This ensures optimal cabinet performance with continuous air flow to safely eliminate all residual water from the endoscopes being dried, which may otherwise promote the growth of organisms. Air Supply: ENDODRY Storage and Drying System uses compressed air according to ISO 8573-1:2010, class 1.4.1 (alternatively, medical compressed air) from the equipment provided cable assemblies (quick connector). The required air pressure is 29-116 psi (2-8 bar). The demand of compressed air is a maximum flow rate of 3.4 cfm (95 l/min) (ANR) and 0.6 cfm (16 l/min) @ 72 psi (5 bar). A flexible air pipe with ¼ or 6 mm inner diameter (EPDM/PVC, bound, 150 psi minimum (10.5 bar) minimum length 5 feet (1.5m)) is required to connect the ENDODRY Storage and Drying System with the air pressure system. The 6.5 foot (2 meter) line is included in the shipment with the cabinet Delivery: July 1, 2020 This is not a not a request for quote or proposals. The intent of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify potential Small Businesses capable of providing all of the items required within the delivery timeframes needed. If your company is not capable of providing all the required items, please list the items that you do have the capability to provide. Information provided by potential sources will be utilized by the Government to determine market availability and procurement strategy. An award of a contract will not result from this Sources Sought Notice.
