Sources Sought Notice Vendor is to supply and deliver the following items to the VA Pittsburgh Medical Center Quantity One - 39 ¾ inch wide Stainless-Steel Frame Cabinet, Fixed toilet with bed side seat cover, Rectangular Lavatory Modified to match existing 10 to 12 waste rough-in. Quantity One Free standing Cabinet, pivoting toilet, Rectangular Lavatory Floor waste modified to match the existing 10 waste rough-in. Deliveries are accepted M-F 7am to 3:30pm. Please deliver to: VA Pittsburgh Medical Center ATTN: Melvin Davis University Drive C Pittsburgh, PA 15240 In addition to the listed items, the medical center also requires a vendor who is able to deliver all items to the imaging department located within the medical center at University Drive Pittsburgh, PA 15240.Deliveries may be required twice a day Monday through Friday, with the first daily delivery occurring at 6:00 a.m. In addition to daily scheduled deliveries, emergency deliveries may also be required within 45 minutes of order placements. This is not a not a request for quote or proposals. The intent of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify potential Small Businesses especially any SDVOSBs capable of providing all of the items required within the delivery timeframes needed. If your company is not capable of providing all the required items, please list the items that you do have the capability to provide. Information provided by potential sources will be utilized by the Government to determine market availability and procurement strategy. An award of a contract will not result from this Sources Sought Notice. Additionally, VA is considering the practicality of soliciting for these items using option years to continue delivery beyond one year. Please include in your response, your company s interest in entering into a contract for a base year and one or two option year contract. Please note, any pricing for option years would be required to be priced upfront. Vendors who can meet the requirements listed above and would potential submit a quote or offer should provide the following information: Business Name Business Address Business Point of Contact, including phone number and email address Business size Business Socioeconomic Status Federal Supply Scheduling (FSS) number, if the items required by the Government are available for purchase on an FSS contract. Items available for purchase Interest and willingness to enter into an option year contract with the Government. Any other pertinent capability information that relates to the above stated requirement.
