Statement of Work Title of Project: Rental of mobile MRI trailer Background: The Lebanon VA Medical Center (LVAMC) has a need for a Mobile MRI trailer to be on site and provide a workable MRI solution while we have our permanent MRI replaced. Performance Period: The mobile MRI trailer will be needed for a period of 4-6 weeks with an option to extend. The estimated start date is May 1, 2020. Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Price. General Requirement The Lebanon VA Medical Center (LVAMC) has a need for a mobile Siemens MRI trailer to provide imaging while our current MRI machine is being replaced. In order for us to continue providing MRI services to our Veterans during the downtime, we need a mobile trailer onsite. Delivery to the facility shall be coordinated at least 72 hours prior to required delivery date with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) or Technical Point of Contract.
