The Department of Veterans Affairs Wilmington VA, 1601 Kirkwood Hwy, Wilmington, DE 19805 is seeking to procure SPS RO Water Filtration System Services. All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following: The anticipated Period of Performance 30 days following Contract award and includes the following Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN): CLIN 0001: As per SOW Place of Performance Address: Department of Veterans Affairs Wilmington VA Medical Center 1601 Kirkwood Hwy Wilmington, DE Country: UNITED STATES All work shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The SOW is included in this solicitation. Offerors are requested to quote Firm Fixed Price for any and all of the line items on the Schedule of Supplies and Services within this solicitation. Service Contract Act Wage Determination Number 2015-4215, Revision Number 10, dated 12-23-2019, applies to this acquisition and will be incorporated into the resulting contract. A copy of the Wage Determination is included with this solicitation. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be issued on a Standard Form 1449.
