This synopsis precedes the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) 36C24419R0124 for Board Certified Medical Physicist Services that will be performed at the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System located in Pittsburgh, PA. This RFP will be issued as a CASCADING SET ASIDE WITH TIERED EVALUATIONS. Services Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business or Veteran Owned Small Business Offerors must be registered in the US Department of Veterans Affairs Vet Biz Database. Registration may be accomplished at https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/. Additionally, Service Disabled Veteran owned, and Veteran owned contractors must be registered with Vets 100 at https://www.dol.gov/agencies/vets/programs/fcp. All Contractors must be registered in System for Award Management at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award and complete their online Representations and Certifications at www.sam.gov. The applicable NAICS code is 621111 with a size standard of $11.0 million in average annual receipts. Award will be made to the offeror whose proposal is responsive and conforming to the RFP and are also determined to be most advantageous to the Government. The anticipated release date for the Solicitation is on or around August 21, 2019. The solicitation will be posted at this website, www.fbo.gov.
