The purpose of this amendment is to confirm that this procurement is still set aside 100% for SDVSOBs. The change in the socioeconomic set aside in Amendment A00001 was in error. Clarification on the hose link is also being provided via this amendment. The hose link needed to deliver the fuel is a minimum of 40 feet. The due date and time for quotes remains unchanged at 4:00 pm on Friday, September 27, 2019. All quotes must be sent to both Debra.Willard@va.gov and Caroline.Robinette@va.gov. All other terms and conditions set forth within the combined synopsis solicitation remain unchanged and in full force.
