This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and the solicitation number is 36C24419Q1197. Service Contract Act Wage Determination Number 2015-4231, Revision Number 9, dated 07-16-2019, applies to this acquisition and will be incorporated into the resulting contract.
