Key Systems confirmed that Delmar Enterprises is the lone authorized service partner in this territory, which includes Pennsylvania. While 3rd party service vendors may conduct Key Systems upgrades, such service would void warranty(s) with Key Systems for SAM Key Boxes. The VA cannot contract 3rd party, unauthorized service for this requirement and the VA intends to sole source this requirement to Delmar Enterprises.
