This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), and the solicitation number is 36C244-19-Q-1072. This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-03 effective July 12, 2019, and the Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulations (VAAR). The NAICS Code is 333415 Air-Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing. The Pittsburgh, PA Contracting Office is seeking to purchase service for FY19 AIR CURTAIN for the Philadelphia Veterans Affairs Medical Center. The Statement of Work (SOW) is provided. This is a new procurement. It does not replace an existing contract. No prior contract information exists. Complete instructions for submitting a response to this solicitation and applicable provisions and clauses, Quote Submission Instructions, and Clauses and Provisions are provided. All offerors are advised to pay careful attention to the quote submission instructions as there are very specific instructions as what is required to be provided. The period of performance (POP) is 60 days after date of award. Service Contract Act Wage Determination No. 2015-4233 Rev 14 dated 7/16/2019, applies to this acquisition and will be incorporated into the resulting contract. A copy of the Wage Determination is included with this solicitation. A site visit is not scheduled for this requirement. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be issued on a Standard Form 1449.
